How this explanation is built

Rather than trusting the local AI model to explain formula syntax it has no real training on, this tool parses the formula you paste and looks up every function it uses (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, and around 50 others) against a fixed reference of what each one actually does — deterministic, always accurate for the functions it recognizes. Nested formulas are ordered innermost-first, matching the order Excel actually evaluates them in.
